Accessing Your Domain Settings

If you have your domain name registered with Netcascade you have two ways to access and adjust your domain settings.

  1. Goto the 'Client Portal' and click on 'Account' then 'Login'.
  2. At the 'Client Area' select 'Domains' then 'My Domains' or click in the box 'Domains'.
  3. Depending on how many domains you have click on the 'Active' button associated with domain to modify.
  4. On the left side menu select one of the following:
    • Nameservers
    • Register Lock
    • Private Nameservers
    • DNS Management
    • Email Forwarding
    • Get EPP Code
Client Portal

Another way to modify your Domain registered with NetCascade or one that is not registered with NetCascade but, you've purchase DNS Hosting is to use our 'Domain Management Portal'. However, you must have a domain password which is not the same as your 'Client Portal' password.

You must submit a ticket to our suppport group to setup a Domain Password.
